The Power of Habit vs. New Years Resolutions

If you are that person that sets unattainable goals every new years that only last a couple weeks before you feel like a failure (I've been there and got the t-shirt)... I highly recommend you change your approach this year.

Going into a new decade repeating a behavior that hasn't worked for you in the past will only get you the same results. Changing small habits in your day to day life will help you slowly improve your lifestyle without big expectations that have a tendency to make you feel like you are "Not Good Enough".

Love yourself ... Enjoy your day ... Understand your negative cues and start to change them and those big goals will slowly become more attainable without so much effort.
